RiboMarker RNA Fragmentomics Library Preparation Kit is a NGS library preparation kit for all-inclusive RNA detection providing comprehensive transcript/RNA fragment profiling in a single reaction. RiboMarker is a complete kit designed to generate high-quality Illumina sequencing-ready libraries from a wide range of sample sources including biofluids, tissues, and environmental samples. A patent pending technology, RiboMarker uses the core RealSeq technology, with a single adapter and circularization, to capture small RNAs and RNA fragments (including lncRNA, mRNA and tRF/tDR) < 100 nt in a sample. Longer RNAs may be naturally fragmented (too short to be included in a mRNA specific library preparation method) and these RNA fragments can be sequenced with RiboMarker, providing information about the longer RNAs in the same reaction as the small RNAs. Reliable results are generated with low RNA input, and is effective with low RIN values. Indexes are added using a combinatorial dual index. Each 48 reaction kit includes 48 unique barcode combinations, with up to 384 unique combinations possible for multiplexing.

For 12 reaction kits: please select which 1 out of 8 forward primers (FP) and set of 12 index primers you want included in your kit.

For 48 reaction kits: please select index primer set 1-48. All 8 forward primers are included in this kit.
